On February 4, a round table discussion entitled “Disruptive trends and opportunities” was held as part of the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) trade show, which took place last week at the Fira de Barcelona. The event brought together leading professionals from the audiovisual sector to reflect on the changes that are shaping the industry and the opportunities that are opening up in an increasingly technological and competitive environment.

The session, promoted in collaboration with Betevé, featured three prominent voices from the sector: Jimena Tormo from DeAPlaneta Entertainment, Carlos Solana from GRUP MEDIAPRO, and Ramon Arteman from Metropolitana. During the discussion, the speakers shared their perspectives on market developments, technological innovation, and how companies are adapting to new models of content consumption and production.

Among the topics discussed were the digitization of audiovisual media, the impact of artificial intelligence, the diversification of platforms, and the need for more flexible business models. Each participant also outlined the particularities of their respective organizations and how they are addressing current challenges, from content creation to distribution and audience relations.

The round table served as a space for exchange and analysis at a key moment for the sector, reaffirming the role of forums such as ISE in promoting debate, collaboration, and the identification of new opportunities in the audiovisual industry.
