La Festa de Metropolitana Barcelona 2025: what happens when we get together

We are still with a mixture of tiredness and silly smile. Because last Thursday, at the Festa de Metropolitana Barcelona, it happened again what can not be planned at all, but always happens when people in the sector get together with desire: we had an incredible time.

We don’t know if it was the great line-up of María Corte Maidagan, the beer that never stopped flowing, the soft music that left room to talk or simply the accumulated desire, but the truth is that the party was a real gift.

We met again with many familiar faces and also discovered new ones. There were hugs that arrived late, jokes recycled from past campaigns, plans that start with “we have to talk” and a great desire to celebrate that we are still here, sharing this profession with as much intensity as affection.

As you know, Metropolitana Barcelona’s Festa is not just a party. It is a meeting point. A small parenthesis in the middle of the noise. And that, after more than ten years, it continues to happen with this energy, does not cease to excite us.

Thanks to all of you who came, those who stayed until the end, those who escaped for a while, those who came for the first time, and also to those who made it possible behind the poster, the sound, the photos, each toast.
